For Organizations

Community & government

One day a week is yours. We hold the other six.

A per-member voice companion that keeps members connected between the days they are with you, with outcomes you can report.

Where isolation lives.

Members are with you one or two days a week. The rest of the week is where isolation lives, and the members who quietly stopped coming are invisible to your programme entirely.

What you sell.

A per-member monthly licence to the agency or municipality. We settle exact pricing with you in the pilot.

Why not just put it online

A voice needs neither a device nor a skill.

52%

of Ontario seniors who avoid virtual programming cite a lack of interest in it.

Older Adults Centres' Association of Ontario, 2020.

99.3%

in long-term care preferred the telephone to reach relatives; only 9.2% used the internet.

FPT Seniors Forum report, September 2025.

Equity of access.

Works on an ordinary telephone. No smartphone, no broadband, no literacy requirement. Equity of access is a funding criterion, not a nice-to-have.

Policy alignment.

The 2025 federal review describes AI that reads a person's preferences to suggest groups and activities, helping them find like-minded people. Its recommendations include enhancing the digital capability of care settings to meet residents' social and wellbeing needs.

ESDC for the FPT Ministers Responsible for Seniors, September 2025.

The cost argument.

Socially isolated seniors make more unplanned doctor and emergency visits, use more medication, fall more often, and enter long-term care sooner. Isolation is not only sad. It is expensive.

Government of Canada (2022), cited in the FPT Seniors Forum report.

Outcome measurement.

A validated loneliness instrument at baseline and intervals, plus attendance recovery and introductions made, reported in a format a funder can file. The Auditor General found in 2024 that federal seniors programming was not adequately measuring impact.

Auditor General of Canada, 2024.

Start with one pilot.

A small group of members, over about ninety days, with a measured before-and-after. No cost beyond an introduction.

FAQ

How is this funded, and does it replace our programming?
It does not replace your programming; it holds the days between. We help you fit it to the funding you already report against.
What about members who do not speak English?
The website is in English, French, and Spanish. Which languages the companion speaks is something we are still building, and we will be upfront about what is supported.
Who owns the data?
We put data ownership and residency in writing before a pilot. Nothing is shared without the member's agreement.
What happens after the pilot?
We share pricing and the path after a pilot on the first call, with the measured results in hand.

Our evidence, trust, and safety commitments are shared across every organization page.
