Our privacy commitment

Your family's trust is the whole product.

We're building a home for people at their most vulnerable, so privacy isn't a policy we bolt on at the end. It's the foundation. This page explains, in plain language, how we intend to handle information as we build.

This is a preliminary summary written before launch, not a finalized legal policy. We'll publish a complete, counsel-reviewed privacy policy before anyone shares real information with us.

What we collect

Only what we need to help. That means the details you choose to share, such as a name, contact information, interests, preferences, and, if you enable them, reminders and services you ask us to coordinate.

How we use it

To introduce people to one another, to remember what matters to you, and to coordinate the help you request. We use your information to serve you, not to profile you.

What we will never do

We will never sell your information, and we will never share it with advertisers. Health and personal details are especially sensitive, and we treat them that way.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how people use this website so we can improve it. We turn off Google's advertising and cross-device signals, and we never use it to build advertising profiles.

Families and caregivers

When an adult child helps a parent join, we'll be clear about who can see what. Care should never come at the cost of a person's dignity or autonomy.

Your control

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can leave at any time and take your peace of mind with you.
